Vernon Heights Park(8269 Central Ave, Alexandria, VA)
This tiny park is located at the entrance to our neighborhood. While small and quaint, the park boasts a kiddie playground and lots of greenery. It is a great place for neighborhood residents to take an evening stroll or to take the dog out for a walk. The park also connects our neighborhood to other residential neighborhoods and is an easy cut-through to use when walking to Mt. Vernon High School or the George Washington RECenter.
